Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well until all pieces are evenly coated. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and nicely caramelized.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
